✅ Exchange & Refund Eligibility:
We accept exchanges or refunds only under the following conditions:

Defective or damaged items: Must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos/videos.

Wrong item sent: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
❌ No Exchange or Refund For:

Change of mind

Wrong size or fit: A 1–3cm variance is considered acceptable due to the nature of mass manufacturing

Skin irritation or sensitivities (unless caused by product defect)

Sale items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Exchangeable”

Items returned without prior approval or past the 7-day window
🔁 Exchange Process:

Contact us through Facebook PM within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting images/videos.

If approved, please return the item. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.

Provide us with your bank account details and full name for processing (if a refund is applicable).

A replacement will be sent once:

We receive and inspect the returned item, and
-
The replacement stock has arrived at our end.

💰 Refunds (If Applicable):
Refunds will only be offered if:

The product is defective and no replacement is available

The product is out of stock after payment
Refunds will be made to your bank account within 7–10 working days of approval.
📦 Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
