For clothing or similar products, a 1–3 cm size variance is considered acceptable due to the nature of mass manufacturing.

All prices are shown in the currency stated on our website, live shopping session, invoice, checkout page, or message confirmation.

6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, supplier delays, customs processing, high order volume, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by you.

7. Exchange and Refund Policy

7.1 Exchange or Refund Eligibility
We accept exchanges or refunds only under the following conditions:
Defective or damaged items
You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Clear photos or videos must be provided as supporting evidence.
Wrong item sent
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including any tags, labels, accessories, or packaging materials where applicable.
8. No Exchange or Refund
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or fit, unless caused by our error
- Size variance of 1–3 cm due to mass manufacturing
- Skin irritation, allergy, or sensitivity, unless caused by a proven product defect
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Exchangeable,” or similar
- Items returned without our prior approval
- Requests submitted after the 7-day reporting window
- Items that have been used, washed, worn, altered, damaged, or not returned in original packaging
9. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless we clearly state otherwise. A replacement will be arranged only after:
- We receive and inspect the returned item; and
- Replacement stock is available or has arrived at our end
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item does not meet our policy requirements.
10. Refunds
Refunds will only be offered if:
- The product is defective and no replacement is available; or
- The product is out of stock after payment; or
- We approve the refund under these Terms
If a refund is approved, we may request your full name, bank account details, payment details, or other necessary information to process the refund.

11. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
