Pencai Heat Up Tips

24 hours before eating, transfer the Pencai from the freezer to the chiller compartment to thaw.

At least 2 hours before steaming, take it out from the chiller and place it on the table so it can fully thaw at room temperature.

Tear open the packaging cover and check whether it has completely thawed.

Once fully thawed, pour the soup evenly into the Pencai.

Boil water in a pot. Only place the Pencai into the steamer after the water is boiling.

Steam over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes (depending on the situation).

Check whether the food has been heated evenly.

Once it is evenly heated, carefully remove it and enjoy!
Warm Reminder
The oysters are high-quality Rushan oysters from China. For a better texture, after thawing, you may boil the oysters briefly until cooked, remove and let them cool. Add the oysters only after the Pencai is fully heated, then serve.
