We do not intentionally store full credit card or debit card numbers unless clearly stated. Payment card information is usually processed by our payment service providers.

If you interact with us through Meta platforms or use a Meta-connected feature, we may collect information made available to us through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, or Meta business tools, depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use.

  • Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp profile information, such as name, profile name, username, profile picture, user ID, or account ID
  • Email address or phone number, if made available to us
  • Messages, comments, replies, or inquiries you send to us
  • WhatsApp phone number and message content when you contact us through WhatsApp
  • Page, business, ad account, Instagram business account, or WhatsApp Business Account information, if you authorize our app to access these for business management, messaging, or support purposes
  • Lead form information submitted through Meta lead ads, if applicable
  • Access tokens, permissions, or technical identifiers required to connect, operate, or maintain Meta integrations

We only collect Meta Platform data that is necessary to provide the service, support the integration, respond to your requests, manage business communications, process orders, or perform the function you authorized.

  • We do not sell Meta Platform data.
  • We do not use Meta Platform data for unauthorized advertising, profiling, surveillance, discrimination, or any purpose not permitted by Meta’s policies.
  • We do not request or collect your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account password.
  • We protect access tokens, app secrets, user IDs, and business IDs using reasonable administrative, technical, and security measures.
  • We only share Meta Platform data with service providers when necessary to operate our services, and such providers must protect the data and use it only to provide services for us.

Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy limits how user data may be used and shared, including restrictions on selling, licensing, renting, lending, or using user data for prohibited purposes.   It also allows sharing with service providers only under controlled conditions. 

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only when necessary, including with:

  • Delivery or logistics providers
  • Payment processors
  • Website hosting providers
  • Customer support, messaging, CRM, or order management providers
  • IT, security, analytics, or maintenance service providers
  • Meta, where necessary to operate Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, or other Meta integrations
  • Government authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required by law

Service providers are only allowed to use the information to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp account information, if your request relates to a Meta-connected service
  • A short description of the data you want deleted

After receiving your request, we will verify your identity where necessary and process your deletion request within a reasonable time, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory reasons.

If we cannot delete certain information, we will explain the reason where legally permitted.

Meta’s privacy review guidance says deletion instructions should apply to all users, should not require a fee, should allow users to request deletion at any time, and should provide clear instructions such as an email address, form, or other contact method. 

8. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp Data Deletion

If you used our services through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, or another Meta product, you may also request deletion of data connected to your Meta interaction by emailing:

Please include the Meta platform you used, such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp, and the email address, phone number, username, Page, or Business Account related to the request.

Where applicable, you may also remove our app or integration from your Meta account settings. If Meta sends us a data deletion request connected to your account, we will process the request in accordance with Meta’s requirements and applicable law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
