Orders are fulfilled based on the delivery lead time stated during our live stream sessions (ie. Pre-orders take up till 4-8 weeks).
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be sorted, packed, and handed over to the courier within that specified timeframe.
Orders for the same live will be combined together in one parcel.
You will receive a notification once your parcel is out for delivery.
While we aim to meet the delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
High volume of orders during peak periods
Unforeseen courier delays
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
We seek your understanding in such cases and will do our best to assist.
If a parcel is returned due to wrong address provided, failure to receive, or non-collection, re-delivery will be arranged at the buyer’s expense.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, it is out of our direct control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.
